Admission Requirements
Carol’s International Schools accepts children across all levels, from creche to secondary school. The government-approved age ranges for each level are:
* Creche: 6 months to 3 years
* Nursery: 3 to 5 years
* Primary: 6 to 11 years
* Secondary: 12 to 17 years
Documents required for admission include:
* Birth certificate or age declaration
* Passport-sized photographs of the child
* Completed application/admission form
* Previous school reports (for transfer students)
* Any relevant medical records or vaccination certificates
Admission Process / Steps
Our admission process is designed to ensure the best fit for both your child and the school environment:
1. Pick up or download the admission form – Forms are available at the school office or online.
2. Complete the form and submit required documents – Ensure all necessary documents are attached.
3. Entrance exam / interview – Depending on the level, children may undergo a simple assessment or an interactive interview to understand their readiness and interests.
4. School tour – Parents and children are invited to visit the school to meet teachers and explore our facilities.
5. Payment and confirmation – Upon acceptance, parents complete the required fee payment to secure the child’s placement.
